OverviewPlant Overview : The Streetsboro, OH business was acquired by SEE in 2019 as an addition to the Protective Equipment portfolio. The facility generates 65M per year in revenue and its machines enable additional revenue opportunities for other SEE locations supplying the consumable materials. The site manufactures bagging equipment utilized in a wide variety of applications, from automatically counting and bagging individual screws to larger machines creating mailer bags ready to ship to e:commerce customers. Position Overview: We are looking for an exceptional leader to be our Manufacturing Plant Manager in Streetsboro, OH. The Manufacturing Plant Manager will oversee all daily plant operations while driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Manufacturing Plant Manager will lead overall production and manufacturing of the PS125 Baggers, Autobag, SidePouch, and AirPouch equipment, in addition to ensuring policies and procedures are followed and inspire, develop, and engage employees at all levels.
