Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience :High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. :Previous aggregate and/or experience preferred. Knowledge/Skill Requirements :Valid driver's license preferred but not required. :Knowledge of crushing and production equipment preferred. :Knowledge of machines, tools, equipment, front end loader, and other related construction equipment highly preferred. Work Requirements :Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance, and punctuality. :Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision. :Demonstrates the willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed. :Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks. :Demonstrates t
