Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients assess their life insurance needs, providing them with suitable coverage options, and guiding them through the application process. Responsibilities:1. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.2. Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.3. Customize insurance solutions to meet the unique needs and budgets of individual clients.4. Assist clients in completing insurance applications and obtaining necessary medical exams or underwriting requirements.5. Follow up with clients to ensure their policies are issued and provide ongoing support for policy servicing and claims assistance.6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.7. Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and regulatory developments. Requirements:1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).6. Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes is a plus.7. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
