Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and a proven track record of effectively managing a team.Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products * Adhere to warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations * Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts * Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities * Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of productsPreferred Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in warehouse management * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software * Knowledge of health and safety regulations * Knowledge of basic mechanicsPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
