The Senior Manager, Personalization & Product Onboarding Enablement will be responsible for defining and executing against customer led Personalization and Product onboarding strategies across channels. This includes the enablement of strategic objectives linked to acquisition, deepening, engagement and CX by working with retail partners, data and technology across the Bank in actioning insights to identify our greatest opportunities and seek effective ways to actualize them. As a key member of the CX Innovation team, you will support the Director, CX Innovation in developing a coordinated and integrated strategy with alignment and approach to offer personalization and product onboarding capabilities that has alignment across retail bank stakeholders. Additionally, you are responsible for the evolution of offer personalization and product onboarding applications through a strong management review process that sets the foundation for both the evolution of existing and new personalized offer and onboarding capabilities. You will be adept in securing data and insights across varied sources to visualize and articulate outcomes including performance reporting against objectives that uncover opportunities for offer and product onboarding capability enhancements that drive growth and high impact strategy narratives including business casing, execution plans and the implementation of governance models that facilitate the achievement of stated objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strategy, innovation, product ownership and technology applications with a demonstrated track record of proactively navigating and positively influencing cross-functional partners to ensure effective initiative execution.
