Description:

Purpose: Provides seasonal grounds maintenance and light facility repairs Responsibilities: Collects and disposes of trash from all containers within facility Notifies manager of supplies and materials needed for maintenance Completes assigned tasks in a timely/safe manner with minimal supervision Operates company fleet vehicle to travel between store locations Performs minor repairs that may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures Inspects equipment/machines to ensure safe operation prior to use Operates mowing equipment in a safe and responsible fashion Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and employee will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other leadership as required. Company reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities as the need aris Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Detail-oriented and thorough Ability to manage time efficiently and work autonomously Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods Capable of frequent pulling, pushing, and bending Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces Valid insurable driver’s license
