About our Adult Foster Care division: We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage for that. Location: Two Harbors Compensation: $16.50-$17.00/hour Hours of Position: Flexible Scheduling! Part-time Days *OR* Evenings *OR* Awake Overnights Every other Weekend Required *OR* Weekends Only Typical Job Duties: Cooking and cleaning Medication administration & documentation Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.) Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.) & Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others Requirements: 18 years or older Pass a MN DHS Background Study Available to work every other weekend Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record (there are positions available if no driver's license) Benefits: Health Insurance (Full-Time, 1 Year Waiting Period for Part-Time) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance (Short-Term Disability, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) Paid Time Off Performance-Based Wage Increases Employee Assistance Program
