Property Maintenance Duties: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform quality and timely minor/routine repairs and maintenance in units and throughout property in a safe manner. General building and grounds maintenance. Complete items on Service Requests for units and property. Perform preventative maintenance in units and throughout property. Perform purchasing and inventory control of supplies and parts. Perform repairs and maintenance for emergency situations. Painting, fixing wall damage, replacing fixtures. Landscaping duties may also be assigned. Light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Make-Ready experience. Required Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older.
