Job Description Description: n Multi-Family Construction GC/Development Group currently seeking a Project Manager. n n Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: n n --- drafting of client proposals n --- contract administration and management n --- work with pre-construction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule n --- provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time n --- perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects n n Required Skills/Qualifications Include: n n --- BS in a Construction related field preferred. n --- Multi-Family Construction required. n --- Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred. n --- Strong working knowledge of Procore, Excel and Word n --- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented n --- Excellent verbal and written communication skills n n Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience n Comprehensive Benefits Package
