This role would be based in Morocco and we do need a fluent French speaker. Experience, Skills & Attributes Needed: Currently holding a DOO / Head of Hospitality or COO role Strong International experience in high profile restaurant groups or luxury 5 hotels F&B background Ideally to have experience in the region or be well-travelled in the region Mobilizations / New Openings Building teams French speaker is essential Operations & P&L expertise Entrepreneurial skills Commercial operator who is financially savvy Brand Ambassador Salary package: negotiable for the right person with full expat benefits.
