About the role Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular part-time Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic Donor Centre team. The Donor Centre team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood in a safe manner to enable safe products which save lives every day. In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming appointments, rebooking donors at events, and serving potential donors. Formula for success Your superb communication and people skills are vital to this role as you will play an integral part in building and promoting a positive donor experience and encouraging donations.
