Our Client within the Public Sector is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their Housing Transformation team as soon as possible. This is a full time, temporary position for approx 12 months and the ideal candidate will have experience of overseeing Housing Transformation Projects from Inception to Completion and have previous employment as a PM, ideally within the Public or Housing Sector. Our Client within the Public Sector is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their Housing Transformation team as soon as possible. This is a full time, temporary position for approx 12 months and the ideal candidate will have experience of overseeing Housing Transformation Projects from Inception to Completion and have previous employment as a PM, ideally within the Public or Housing Sector. The propose of the role is to lead multi disciplinary project teams to deliver agreed projects to time, cost andquality. Identify opportunities for improvement and produce robust business cases for approval by relevant decision making bodies. Responsibilities Undertake reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, and produce high quality business cases for approval by relevant decision making bodies. Undertake detailed project planning, management and implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, and deliver their anticipated benefits, whilst minimising disruption to Council services. Design effective project governance arrangements and directly address governance issues as and when they arise. Measure programme/ project impacts and ensure lessons learnt are fed back into a process of improving the way the Council manages change. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £37 per hour umbrella LTD Inside IR35 to join their team.
