Job details Location: 4992 Fairmont Frontage Rd #1, Fairmont Hot Springs, BC V0B 1L1 Salary: $18.00 / hour Vacancies: 2 vacancies Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 35 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Flexible hours Job requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Responsibilities Tasks: – Establish methods to meet work schedules– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies– Ensure food service and quality control– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage– Prepare and submit reports– Establish work schedules Supervision: 3-4 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: – Fast-paced environment– Standing for extended periods– Physically demanding Personal suitability: – Client focus– Efficient interpersonal skills– Team player Required skills: The candidate should able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, rain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules.
