We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with Workday implementation expertise to join our team! You will be responsible for enabling the development and execution of the organization's HR Technology Strategy and Roadmap, overseeing HR systems' implementation, configuration, and maintenance; and focusing on analyzing business requirements. By partnering with Business Leaders and External Vendors, you will also identify areas for improvement, and propose new solutions that enhance business operations. Additionally, you will add value with hands-on configuration and maintaining Workday system to ensure the business needs are met. The functional areas to support are HCM, Reporting and Analytics, Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Integrations, extensive configuration on Custom Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and experiencing managing all Data Privacy Policies and ITGC Controls and the Security Administration for Workday.
