Purpose: The Senior Program Manager contributes to the overall success of Customer Insights, Data & Analytics (CID&A) by working with the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) teams to implement an enterprise-wide data remediation program. The role is accountable for delivering complex and enterprise projects and/or portfolios of projects (programs), leading cross-functional teams in support of the data and analytics strategy. Accountabilities: Program manage the implementation of the data remediation program, working closely with CDAO and business lines to create implementation roadmaps and execution of roadmap. Manage the program funding by working with the Finance manager to track actuals against plan and making any spend adjustments as required and managing funding request for future years Identifies, manages, and communicates programs risks, inter-dependencies, and issues (and works to resolve them) in program following the Bank’s enterprise delivery framework (EDF) plan to ensure that the program is delivered with quality, on time and on budget Ongoing communication of program status, completing the monthly status reports and escalating issues to the Business Sponsor, IT&S Sponsor and PMO as required. Work well with business partners at different levels within the organization. Ensure the documentation and archiving of program/project activities, deliverables, tools and finders for use in future projects. Responsible for program management and portfolio level reporting for all initiatives/projects engaged with; includes tracking, status reporting Develop creative solutions to resolve complex problems Negotiation and management of contractual obligations with third parties as required.
