Head of Operations – Multifaceted Venue Central London£80,000 - £90,000 – great benefits package The Role: This is an INCREDIBLE opportunity to work on an amazing Food & Beverage project – the goal is innovation and transformation, what an exciting brief This venue can become a world class food and drink destination. This role is essentially to be the face of the business, managing the day-to-day business needs of this £15million operation. You will lead from the front and understand what good looks and tastes like, can inspire and coach teams, be commercial enough to hold your own in P&L reviews and manage up in a considered and appropriate manner. Your passion for food, drink, people, and hospitality will be in your DNA – you will have the BOH stuff in the locker but be a true FOH operator. Managing up to 12 units in this constantly evolving door with a broad spectrum of offerings from restaurants, pubs, cafes, and pop ups. Core staff and lots of casuals, this is a bit of a unicorn role. This is a super hands-on role and you will be expected to upskill your team, have the quest and team and the forefront of what you do The Person: Collaborative – working with your seniors and developing your teams – people need to be at the heart of what you do. Guest obsessed – with over 500,000 guests through the door, you need to be all over the experience at every touch point of the operation. Ability to manage multiple concepts at one time at a high level – prerequisite for this role. Confident leader – your team will be inspired by you. Manage up – a confident number two, reporting into the MD and managing stakeholder relationships. Quality focused – food and drink need to be on point over every operation. Strong financials and commerciality Passionate about food and drink – this really is the crux of the role – always looking at it from both a transactional and guest point of view.
