Role Overview: The Nursery Practitioner will assume a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of students educational journeys. Operating within the vibrant and dynamic Early Years department, the Nursery Practitioner will collaborate with a team of experienced educators to deliver the highest quality care and education to nursery: aged children. Responsibilities: Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere conducive to childrens learning, exploration, and development. Developing and executing age: appropriate learning activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Nurturing positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and partnership. Monitoring and backssing childrens progress, delivering regular feedback and support. Maintaining a secure and inclusive environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Contributing to the planning and organisation of school events, outings, and celebrations. Actively engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early years education. Qualifications and Skills: Possession of a minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or equivalent). Demonstrated experience in working with nursery: aged children within an educational context. Profound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
