Duties will encompass participation in multidisciplinary meetings, conducting backssments, providing advice, and advocating for personalised support to realise the objectives outlined in tailored support plans. Additionally, the role involves identifying, supporting, and facilitating training opportunities across partners, fostering a unified approach to accessing partner information.
