Lawtons Drugs Continuing Care is a key facility in the Sobeys National shop Group providing high quality prescription products to many Long Term Care Nursing Homes as well as to multiple banner pharmacies across Nova Scotia. We are searching for a candidate for the position of the Facility Manager that will: 1. Play a key role in achieving departmental excellence with the aid of shop automation servicing internal and external clients with professional service. 2. Achieve operational excellence by exercising leadership, providing guidance and supervision to staff members. 3. Be curiosity-driven, continuously exploring efficiencies in operational output, and embracing professional growth. 4. Be innovative and forward thinking, making this shop the gold standard for long term care services and developing new offerings for central fill 5. Communicate effectively with partner nursing home facilities regarding shop operations and consulting services, as well as with pharmacies regarding central fill services Note that this facility is not open to the public hence not customer-facing.
