The Role An opportunity waits for a highly skilled individual to assume the role of a Quality Assurance and backssment Specialist within their Alliance team. This key position entails the meticulous oversight of training quality across various business sectors, ensuring adherence to stringent standards and licensing provisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis of qualification standards set by awarding organisations Your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance to management, facilitating the seamless design, implementation, and management of qualifications, including apprenticeships, across their Learning and Development function. With a focus on excellence, the chosen candidate will lead and coordinate backssment teams and continuous professional development initiatives. They will uphold a commitment to delivering consistent, high: quality professional development programs across all qualification and backssment requirements. Skills and Qualifications Have a recognised Level 5 qualification in teaching, training or Learning and Development and/or extensive demonstrable experience of working in an adult educational or learning and development environment: including a full understanding of the learning process, with experience/understanding of performance and learning needs analysis. Be able to demonstrate proven experience of management and delivery of a planned programme of activity which incorporates training or backssment requirements and resource allocation.
