Customer Insights Data & Analytics (CID&A) is at the forefront of leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and innovation. The Senior Manager, Strategy & Communications will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of our strategy and effectively communicate key insights to our stakeholders. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Strategy (60%) Lead in pulling together strategy content and provide advisory support as we refresh our operating model. Perform strategic and business analysis and propose recommendations aligned to the Bank’s strategy. Drive the adoption of the CID&A strategy. Assist with organizing strategy offsites for senior management. Communications (30%) Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to effectively disseminate key insights to internal stakeholders. Work with Sr. leadership to organize and lead the quarterly townhalls for both logistics and content. Work with Global and Program Communications team to ensure CID&A messaging aligns to the Bank’s strategy. Develop standard and reusable material that can be leveraged across the teams to ensure messaging ang branding is consistent and aligns across teams in CID&A. Ensure CID&A’s material are stored in a consistent manner for easy access and records management. Contributes to and edits reports and updates to executive leadership. Culture (10%) Work with the Culture Council to lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout CID&A to drive high employee engagement. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have experience with: 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Projects, Communications, Data & Analytics or Human Resources.
