Nurse Practitioner physician job in Texas : The Inline Group - Full Time Hours:Monday-Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 12 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 16-18 Call Schedule: None Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - $138,000 for experienced Pediatric NPs- Potential negotiable sign-on bonus- Monthly and yearly bonus incentives Benefits: - Medical- Dental- Vision- Employer paid life of $50k- Voluntary life- Dependent life- Employer paid Short Term Disability- Employer paid Long Term Disability- 401k and 403B- PTO- Holidays Additional Info: - Carryout complete and periodic health evaluations of clinic specific diagnoses, including medical, cognitive, and psychosocial status, as well as personal assets and shortcomings to learning.- Assign duties to nursing staff, providing appropriate feedback and assessment of care delivered to ensure that patients' safety is maintained.- Assist Medical Directors in oversight of daily clinical operations.- Create effective systems and procedures to enhance the pediatrics clinic's operationsQUALIFICATIONS:- Active NP license- Current DEA license - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
