Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Location: Morley Salary: GBP36,000 : GBP40,000 (depending on experience) Working hours: Monday to Friday Are you a time: served Maintenance Electrician with commercial experience? Are you looking for an FM company which offers career development and upskilling opportunities? My client, one of the largest facilities management organisations in the UK, is seeking a qualified Electrician who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of planned and reactive maintenance within existing Facilities Management contracts. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a static site in Morley. Ensuring all faults and defects are remedied to meet customer expectations. Ensure all logs are kept up to date at all times. Carrying out reactive tasks and being proactive in highlighting areas of improvement. Carrying out additional FM duties in line with capabilities when appropriate. Contribute to the overall team and company objectives. Ensure the work area is left safe on completion of the job. Being able to be multi: skilled including basic joinery and plumbing.
