Essential Job Functions (other duties may be assigned) Create and execute the EMEA, Sales strategy working with the EMEA Sales Manager Attend weekly sales meetings to review pipeline and sales forecasts Achieve quarterly and full year revenue goals for the assigned territory Work with Product Management to ensure the “voice-of-the-customer” is heard in product development and delivery Act as the thought leader for the EMEA market by developing and communicating insights so that Bit Titan is better positioned to serve the region Provide support, insights, and account management to Bit Titan customers Serve as the Bit Titan point person in understanding their assigned accounts’ strategies to match Bit Titan product solutions to identified opportunities Identify new revenue opportunities in new accounts and expand existing relationships in managed accounts to maximize sales performance Understand and identify opportunities for customers and be conversant in all product offerings of the company Demonstrate strong sales, technical, and communication skills with an emphasis on consultative solutions selling Collaborate effectively with other marketing, product, and salespeople in identifying, developing, and closing sales Think and act independently within a fast-paced, startup-mentality driven environment especially when a relationship issue exists Escalate account problems appropriately to management by clearly defining the situation and proposed solutions Required Experience/Skills:.
