Job descriptionWhat You'll Do: Lead and evolve our Cyber Security roadmap to ensure priorities align with changing security threats and vulnerabilities. Develop proposals for future investments in hardware, software, and services with well-aligned and compelling business cases. Identify and address Atkore information security controls and policy gaps related to the CIS framework. Institutionalize information security policies and develop compliance metrics across the organization. Drive the Cyber Safety program, including developing and executing regular training campaigns, safety drills, and associated communications and reporting. Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing oversight for all security-related service providers within the Cyber Security program. Develop and adopt security standards and conduct vendor, service, and device risk assessments. Lead the risk assessment process for new acquisitions. Oversee the deployment of Cyber Security programs, technologies, and services. Oversee the investigation of security incidents and author formal incident reports for executive leadership. What You Bring: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cyber Security, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience in an Information Security leadership role with senior leadership experience. Proficiency with common information security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, CIS, and COBIT. One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or GSLC.
