Job Description Develop and drive global cyber security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technological advancements. Oversee assessment and management of cyber security risks, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with policies and regulations. Foster strong internal and external relationships to influence cyber security policy, standards, and programs. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to cyber security and compliance. Lead efforts to cultivate a security-conscious culture and enhance cyber security capabilities. Provide executive leadership with regular insights into cyber security posture, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Spearhead creation of cyber security policies and standards reflecting unique business needs and evolving security threats. Requirements: 7+ years of experience leading global incident response and/or cyber defense teams. Proven track record of leading large, globally dispersed teams in a dynamic environment. Extensive experience in managing and responding to various incidents, including technology, HR, physical, and cyber security incidents. Expertise in developing and enforcing cyber security policies, incident response governance, and leveraging industry standards. Strong background in technology automation, programming, cloud technology best practices, and developing large-scale web services. Ability to use statistical methods for anomaly detection, metrics development for governance, and quality control. Experience in managing Incident Response (IR) and Security Operations Centers (SOC) teams, including governance, staffing, and on-call scheduling. Proficiency in implementing and managing key technology and cyber security controls. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with clear and effective communication abilities. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to influence policy and standards globally. Commitment to developing future leaders through guidance, mentoring, and training.
