Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Oracle Cloud Security Administrator that will be responsible for building out security roles, APIs and modifications in an enterprise environment. This role is supporting HCM for Oracle ERP and will be focused on the implementation of Talent Management, Workforce Compensation and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will be capable of rationalizing different security solutions against requirements, risk and constraints This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their experience in Oracle Security and step into a role with an enterprise Healthcare organization with the intention to hire this person full-time. Required Skills: Must have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations of Talent Management, Workforce Compensation and/or RecruitingMust have experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle On-Premise application security setup/build/configurationWell-versed with Oracle Cloud ERP roles and responsibilities and document security requirements and customize roles as per the security requirements Desired Skills: API experience with Azure is a major plusExperience in reviewing, and prioritizing ERP user access rules and building a risk-prioritized list of SoD and restricted access policiesReview and assess those policies and when there are events that have a material impact on risk (for example, deployment of a new ERP module)Experienced with sandbox Customizations and Page ComposerExperienced with Oracle Advance Security Controls and managing security audits and segregation of dutiesKnowledge of Security configuration using Data Security policies and Role Customizations in Oracle CloudKnowledge of role design, configuration, and provisioning processes, build data-driven continuous feedback loops that ensure ongoing enforcement of security rules, promote accountability - and place exception approval authority - with business process ownersMust be an be familiar developing Custom Security Roles, Security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AOR), this includes setting up Employee, manager, administrator, analyst, and specialist rolesKnowledge of Oracle Integration Service Roles, user Personas, Insight Roles, and PersonasBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
