Assign material and financial resources to implement organizations policies. Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in official matters. Plan, organize, control and evaluate the overall operations of the company. Coordinate and assign the work as per requirement. Select managers, executive staff or other employees, delegate necessary authority to them and decide the optimum work conditions. Establish and approve overall human resource planning and approve promotional campaigns. Represent the company to external parties.
