We are presently accepting resumes for a number of Permanent Full-Time Support Worker III positions. These positions will be assigned to work in our group homes in Barrie, working up to 72 hours biweekly. Compensation Package: Additional hours may be available with a minimum rate of pay of $25.32/hour; 11 paid Statutory Holidays; Confidential Employee Assistance program for you and for your immediate family; Following the successful completion of probation: Employer paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, health and dental benefits; Employer paid vacation and sick time; Participation in the Multisector Pension plan; Minimum Qualifications: D. S. W. diploma or an acceptable educational equivalency (D. S. W. Child & Youth Worker, E. C. E. S. S. W. Nursing, Psychology, etc. ) as determined by the employer is required; 6 months direct work experience with the Developmental Services Sector; Candidates who have a completed Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university in an unrelated field must have 2 years full-time work experience directly supporting people; When submitting your resume and cover letter, please also upload a copy of your diplomas / degrees.
