Role: Senior Planner Location: Bristol Salary: GBP30000: GBP40000 We are proud to be representing a frontline development and planning business which operates within a much larger commercial and residential property adviser practice. Due to a healthy workload are now on the look out for a Senior Planner to lead the office in Bristol. Essential Criteria for a Senior Planner: Degree and/or Masters in Town or Spatial Planning. Chartered Member of the RTPI. Minimum of 2 years planning experience post qualification. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self: motivated with a can: do attitude. Full driving licence and use of own car. Responsibilities and Duties of a Senior Planner: backssing the potential of site for a range of developments, identifying opportunities and constraints, and advising clients as such. Preparation and coordination of planning (and associated) applications including the drafting of supporting statements. Liaising with internal and external technical specialties, clients and Local Planning Authorities. Preparation of fee proposals and management of project budgets.
