Job Title: Sales Development Representative Location: Berlin Germany Salary: Up to €32,500 + Benefits Language requirement: Must speak German and English on a professional level This full-time position, based in Berlin, reports to the SDR Team Lead. As a Sales Development Representative SDR, you play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, leveraging your natural sales prowess to drive lead generation and sales opportunities. With an energetic approach and a track record of delivering outcomes, you'll contribute significantly to our marketing and sales endeavours by qualifying leads and arranging tours for the sales team. Your role involves prospecting for new business through diverse channels, highlighting the benefits to potential clients. Main Responsibilities: Enhance the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads Connect, qualify, and generate sales opportunities for the sales team from incoming leads Engage and follow up with prospects across multiple communication channels Initiate meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives Establish a strong initial rapport by understanding prospects' requirements Act as the primary point of contact for new business prospects, charting the next steps for each prospect's progression Foster active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings Collaborate with marketing teams, contributing innovative lead generation ideainteractionperience: Essential: 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience Fluent German and high-level English proficiency is mandatory Salesforce/Hubspot experience considered advantageous Strong written and oral communication skills Critical Competencies for Success: Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset in a competitive environment Self-motivated individual with strong work ethics Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying messages clearly and.
