The appointed solicitor will handle a range of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will handle a varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re: mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The firm holds a respectful reputation, not only by offering the quality service to clients but also offering a supportive work environment as well as excellent career prospects. Thus, they require a talented individual to join the team and work in collaboration in growing and developing the firm. THE CANDIDATE: Our client is keen to hear from Solicitors with 3 to 4 years' PQE and previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for this area of law and experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
