As Business Manager, you will provide strategic oversight in the areas of finance, human resources and space management in support of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology’s teaching and research goals/missions. Working in close partnership with the Department Chair, you will lead and inspire a small team of administrative staff to achieve individual and department goals through education program delivery and support of our faculty’s transformative research. Your strong financial acumen and proven ability to navigate and influence within complex organizational structures will help to advance our academic priorities and raise our national and international profile. Essential Qualifications University degree in business, accounting, or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in administrative, financial, and human resource management in a university or hospital environment Proven management and leadership skills, preferably in a unionized environment; experience in teambuilding and managing change Demonstrated experience in financial and human resource management, including a proven track record of success in leading and mentoring staff in a unionized.
