We are presently accepting resumes for a permanent full-time Treatment Home Support Worker Awake Nights to provide quality supports to individuals residing in the Treatment Home during awake overnight shift. Follow identified strategies in treatment plans to meet the direct needs of the individuals living in the home, in accordance with the policies and procedures of Empower Simcoe and legislative requirements. Compensation package: Work up to 42 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts ; Required to work weekends and public holidays as scheduled; Minimum starting rate of pay is $33.33 per hour ; Employer paid confidential EAP program for you and your family members; Following the successful completion of a 3-month probationary period: Employer paid Benefits (life insurance, short- and long-term disability benefits, health and dental); Group RRSP plan with Employer matched benefit up to 5% of gross earnings biweekly; Employer paid sick, personal leave and vacation hours. Minimum requirements for this position include: C ommunity College Diploma in Social Services or a closely related field from an acceptable accredited college. Educational focus in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Police Foundations, Child and youth Worker, Developmental Services Worker, Social Services Worker, etc. Registered Behavioural Technician certificate an asset Minimum of two (2) years recent full-time work experience supporting hard to serve adults with complex care needs in community residential settings Experience supporting people with behaviour management techniques is an asset Experience supporting.
