As a Commercial Tech Lawyer, your responsibilities include managing complex legal and commercial matters, both as one-off transactions and within ongoing business relationships. This involves direct collaboration with clients to achieve successful outcomes, working with a team on major projects, and handling the drafting and negotiation of a broad spectrum of commercial and tech contracts. Additionally, providing support and guidance to junior team members is a crucial aspect of the role. To excel in this position, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Tech Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
