As a security guard at a Rail setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there! We provide people with growth opportunities. 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to become part of our operation teams. What's in it for you? Shifts: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (2300-0300) Pay Rate: $19 per hour Uniform provided free of charge Opportunities to grow alongside Garda World Continuing education through Garda World Campus What does a Security Guard at The Pas do? Patrol the site and Reporting with G-Track device. Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance Visible deterrent to any vagrancy, vandalism, and/or loitering. Must be vigilant in patrolling those areas and be visible walking around. Maintain a safe and secure work environment Provide Excellent Customer Service Professional attitude Other duties as assigned Qualifications to become a Security Guard at The Pas? Previous experience in the Security industry is an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Valid Manitoba security guard license Available to work Overnight Shifts.
