DESCRIPTION Michels Canada is looking for a Field Engineer professional for the infrastructure group to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be performing a wide range of tasks and support business priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in Concord, ON. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions; Coordinating construction site activities and ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and subcontractors. Tracking project progress, milestones, and reporting updates to stakeholders. Managing resource allocation for optimal project efficiency. Monitoring construction quality, compliance, and taking corrective actions as needed. Maintaining accurate project documentation and serving as a point of contact for stakeholders. Other duties as required.
