We are hiring DSP's in the Hermantown Area, at a few of our programs. About our Adult Foster Care division: We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage for that. Location: Hermantown, MN 55811 Duluth, MN 55811 (near Pike Lake) Compensation: $14.50-$15.00/hour Hours of Position: Part-time Days Evenings Awake Overnights Every other Weekend Availability Required Typical Job Duties: Cooking and cleaning Medication Administration and Documentation Socializing with clients (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.) Going to appointments and outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.) Requirements: 18 years or older Pass a MN DHS Background Study Available to work every other weekend Current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean record (positions available if no driver's license) Benefits: Health Insurance (waiting period) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance (Short-Term Disability, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) Paid Time Off Performance-Based Wage Increases Employee Assistance Program
