Desired Experience and Skills: 4-6+ years related industry experience Role Summary: The Installation Supervisor is responsible for the management of subcontractor crews and Installer One, Two, & Three's. Managing crews in installing all systems and/or freestanding furniture in accordance with CBI and manufacturer's specifications. Handle all issues with projects or crew in a professional manner. Ensure proper and efficient completion of each project from start to finish. In this role, it is always your responsibility to project a positive image of CBI through professional appearance and personal interactions with clients, crew members and any other CBI associates. Responsibilities: Able to supervise without supervision and develop and maintain supervisory skills Able to supervise crews of all sizes and/or multiple crews and subcontractors Managing to all safety regulations and uses necessary judgment to prevent injuries Has an extensive tool kit and trains others on proper use Able to perform CBI inventory procedures Understands forklift safety and is proficient at operating equipment Promotes Asset protection for both internal and external clients Properly completes Administrative paperwork Able to read and understand drawings layout floors and electrical core locations. Able to handle all punch to include internal and external walkthroughs Able to handle larger, longer duration high profile projects Able to train installer levels I, II, III and Supervisor level I Able to build relationships other trades during projects Effectively communicate with subcontractors, general contractors, coworkers and clients Proficiency with the iPad and the BIM360 program Properly fill out timesheet Properly completing daily updates Qualities of a High Performing Team Member: Strong work ethic Accountability Approachable Committed Courageous Driven Dedication Integrity Learner Loyal Passionate Servant Leadership Team Player Trustworthy The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by Associates assigned to this classification.
