Work in the janitorial business under the supervision and direction of the Regional Manager/Supervisor to provide general housekeeping task, ground maintenance, and painting for Bridgeway facilities and residences, individual community residences and community businesses and organizations. To learn more about this position, please read the summarized list of duties below. Performs job task required for janitorial service contracts as identified by supervisors. provides a quality and timely cleaning service for customers. Ensures building security if required for contract. Completes job requirements in a safe manner for well-being of self, co-workers, and others not employed in the Janitorial Business who are in the area being cleaned. Promotes and maintains positive relationships with community contractors. High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience or training required. Must have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
