O'Brien Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for a full-time Lead Installer to be part of our Drexel Hill, PA installation team. This vital lead position works 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday with some overtime and Saturdays required and earns $25 to $35 an hour plus spiffs and commissions. All technicians participate in an on-call rotation which rotates on a daily basis. We also provide excellent benefits including health insurance with drug card, dental, 401(k) plan with a Safe Harbor company match, short and long-term disability, uniforms, boot program, tool co-op program, an iPad, and iPhone!
