Desired Experience and Skills: • 3+ years related industry experience Role Summary: A Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of CBI interiors projects. This person will exercise thehighest levels of communication and project organization. A PM is responsible for managing project logistics and installationthrough punch completion. These responsibilities start early on in the project design phase with the Workplace Consultant andDesigner. The PM works directly with the client, CBI Workplace Consultants and coalition partners on the day-to-day activitiesthrough the installation process to ensure smooth communication, on-time delivery, project success and client satisfaction.The CBI PM role provides opportunity for substantial advancement as a subject matter expert. Obtaining senior levels is based onproject scope and complexity, level and nature of client interaction, experience, technical expertise, consistent excellence indelivery, teaming and overall contribution to the Company. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects and clients at a time. Superior organization, development and management of the details of project schedules, critical paths, milestones and deliverables. Proficiency in the tools required to perform the role, including specification tools, business system, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project and others. Consistent and professional communication across all internal and external stakeholders. Full knowledge of the technical and design details of our primary product lines. Ability to creatively investigate and problem solve. Marking and verifying on site electrical locations, blocking and hold to dimensions. Spec checks with the Designer. Check acknowledgements. Track orders. Manage labor RFP's and sub labor selection with Operations. Oversee progressive punch through timely completion. Review and communicate project status on a regular basis. Work smoothly in a team-oriented environment. Understand vendor contracts, discounts, margins and business interactions. Coordinate all aspects of delivery scheduling and installation including job-site analysis, field measurement verification, schedules, shipments, pre and post walk-throughs, etc. Will be required to attend OAC meetings throughout the duration of the project. Manage a relationship with the client along with WPC post-project and through day 2 needs Manage backlog for multiple projects.
