You observe the product to ensure that all production requirements are met. At times, you also pre-price the product. Because there is no experience needed, you enjoy on-the-job training as you acquire new knife skills and learn about different cuts of meat. You become well-skilled in recognizing quality cuts and understanding what makes a quality cut.You are sure to always follow appropriate safety procedures. Food production isn't what it used to be, and you look forward to coming in to work every day.
