Respond to calls and tickets, manage user access to systems, software, network, and similar systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. First line support for all IT questions. Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access. Respond and work on tickets assigned. Troubleshoot and maintain Tier 1 hardware, software, and related issues. Communication with ticket owners about status updates on tickets. Triage and route tickets for Tier 2 agents. Install or repair company software. Manage the company's computer equipment, network equipment, applications, phones, and similar systems. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Create new or review existing computer policies. Be able to work independently and manage their own duties when necessary. Participate in traditional and e-learning programs. Perform other duties or special projects when necessary. Support the HME Specialists' Mission Statement, vision, and values. Adhere to HME Specialists culture and behavior standards. Job Type: Part-time Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute: Albuquerque, NM 87113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: One location
