We have a new job opportunity for a Project Analyst, located in Arlington, VA. (onsite). Current TS/SCI required. DESCRIPTION: Supports the Director for Prototypes and Experiments in support of the Department's Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve. Utilizing appropriate software tools, such as Microsoft Project, works directly with multiple prototype project managers, resource sponsors, and other stakeholders to develops project database suitable for tracking work-progress, resource consumption, and identifying critical task paths. Once established, will maintain database currency and conduct directed analysis. Develop presentation products based on the developed database Track team progress to plan and ensure compliance with all applicable policies Establish and document business processes or procedures REQUIRED SKILLS: Department of Defense and National Capital Region experience Bachelor's degree or higher is desired Minimum two (2) years of general work experience DoD or related experience is desired Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team Willingness to work on all aspects of team priorities Ability to work with a wide range of contributors, to include engineers, subject matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership Experience tracking team progress to plan Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to design and produce high-quality products and documents Ability to follow prescribed style sheets and other document formatting guidance Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Current TS/SCI is required DESIRED SKILLS: Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) or technical area experience SALARY AND BENEFITS Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits.
