This role will be instrumental in leveraging and securing our supplier base to support current and future business requirements while mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities: Category Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and drive the Category Strategy for a complex group of categories, ensuring alignment with short and long-term business objectives and market dynamics. Strategic Sourcing: Oversee the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for complex and high-value procurements within the category group, ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and Code of Business Ethics. Supplier Relationship Management: Manage key suppliers impacting our business, focusing on risk management, performance, and extracting maximum value from the supplier base. Supplier Strategies: Develop and sign off Supplier Strategies to minimize risk for the organization and maximize value. Sourcing Business Partner: Act as a Sourcing Business Partner for specific business areas, being accountable for sourcing contributions, efficiencies, and risk mitigation. Innovation and Proactivity: Utilize category expertise and market insights to propose alternative or innovative third-party solutions to senior stakeholders, anticipating issues before they arise.
