ABOUT THE ROLE: As Assistant Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will support the SEPHORA Canada Integrated Marketing team as we build brand equity, client engagement, a competitive advantage and drive traffic through our campaign activations. You will be tasked with handling the delivery of multiple client facing campaigns simultaneously as well as having planning, budgeting and hindsight responsibilities. You will play a role encouraging collaboration and driving executional excellence through a variety of cross-functional teams and cross-border counterparts. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support Senior Manager across breakthrough local campaign activations to build awareness, brand love and drive sales, from inception through to execution and hind-sighting, driven by insights and long-term strategies. Support the Senior Manager and Partnership/Events team to bring a 360 approach to key initiatives and activations. Be a part of the holiday captain team!
