We believe in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to individuals in their recovery journey. Develop and implement tailored recovery plans in collaboration with clients and a multidisciplinary team. Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to promote well-being and independence. Assist individuals in accessing community resources and services that align with their recovery goals. Monitor progress and adapt support strategies to meet evolving needs. Qualifications and Skills: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Experience in helping people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change Experience of dealing with complex and difficult situations in relation to people. A sound understanding of the issues faced by people who are homeless or vulnerably housed and the difficulties they can experience in accessing services that are.
