Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Inbound North American logistics operations with a focus on the efficient and cost-effective flow of merchandise through the supply chain to destination. Accountable for end-to-end fiduciary responsibility for the management of all carriers, 3PL Providers, technology providers, and consolidation facilities involved in the movement of freight from North American Origins destined to Distribution Centers. Leads strategy discussions with business partners; plans, directs, and communicates execution of strategies as they relate to North American transportation and operations. Oversees evaluation and selection of all carriers and third parties engaged in the inbound flow of merchandise and non-merchandise for North America shipments. Partners with TJX Canada Global Sourcing and Procurement to oversee RFP processes that align with long term business strategy. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring.
