Hours - 37.5 Location - London Rate - £26.00 - £30.00 PAYE Per hour Paid Weekly by an Umbrella Company• Datix incident review and quality checking. • Working closely with the Divisions to ensure appropriate level of incident review initiated, with follow up and scrutiny. • Serious incident reviews - support investigation teams and scrutiny of reports • Facilitation of After Action Reviews • Attend Divisional governance meetings and present patient safety updates. • Provide timely and accurate information, reports and data for corporate and divisional meetings. • Identify patient safety issues and ensure appropriate action. • Maintain incident review trackers. • Ensure Divisional teams are sighted on their incident review action plans, completion monitored and evidence checked for suitability. • Support mortality reviews by ensuring all death incidents have divisional and corporate oversight. • Support implementation of Patient Safety Incident Response Framework, working with colleagues across the Partnership to ensure processes are aligned.
